- We have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand that we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the treatment inside the 48 hour notice period or for any no-show appointments
- All packages, gift cards and treatments are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
- Boutiques items may be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- All boutique sale items are final sale
- All skincare items are final sale
- Any spa vouchers or bonus bucks may be used for regular priced services and may not be transferred to family members or friends.
